If i could give 0 stars to this place i would. Went the other day and the cashier took my order. After charging me she tells me she has no more croissant so i reply well what you going to do about it? Can i get a refund and she gets mad and says “No i cant, i will give you a bagel”, i said what? Thats not what i wanted if you don’t know what you have then why charge me first i am not taking what ever you want me to. So she got very agressive and starting telling me to shut up and leave the store and gave me not even half of my money back nor my receipt I was so upset that i didnt realize it until i got home. Horrible place this peaople should not be working with costumer service they really need some manners.

I was in the neighborhood visiting family stop by the Dunkin’ Donuts to get some food at 6:30 pm on Friday 4/28/23 The woman told me kitchen is closed. I asked what time do they close? She said kitchen is closed. I asked her again I’m just asking what time you close she said 7 o’clock she said No food can make now … very rude. Did not say hello when I walked in did not ask if they can help me did not say sorry the kitchen was close I would not want this employee to work for me.

Disgusting!! Horrible Customer service Don’t buy here! the worker name Rida scratches her hair handles money and grabs food with bare hands. Started cussing because I didn’t want the food she touched. Even ran from behind the counter to attack me. I have the videos. Then refused to give me a refund told me to call the cops. I already contacted the health depart. Videos are going viral! Hope they get shut down.

They’re called Dunkin’ donuts and they don’t have donuts? Yesterday I went to pick up an order I placed online and they didn’t have it ready because they didn’t have donuts! Now they won’t even give me my money back the worst service ever.

They burn the food a lot. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the oven or they just don’t know how to cook anything. Also they get orders wrong all the time. I asked for no cheese they put cheese on it. They don’t read the tickets properly on the mobile orders. I just recently ordered an iced coffee and it had the wrong flavor in it which was completely different than the one I ordered. Are they even putting the correct almond milk in there instead of regular milk. These places will make you sick because they don’t bother to pay attention to anything on the order. I don’t know what the issue is other than nobody cares anymore about good service.

Last Friday: 09/02/2022 evening time around 7:00 pm I had the best customer service experience in Dunkin Donuts. The lady was very sweet and despite the coffee first was not good she replaced it for me and was very understanding and had no issue whatsoever. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name.This store is usually quite and the coffee is Ok most of the time and their baristas are Ok.

I ordered on the app and they supposed to close at 7. I ordered at 625 arrived by 630 and the doors were closed ?! Why?!?!?! No one answered the phone. I paid… now I have to go threw this whole ordeal just to get it back.
