Whew where to start. To say the least, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They served me cold coffee. The machines light was RED. MEANING THE COFFEE IS OLD. Instead of offering to allow me to wait shortly for a fresh pot she took my coffee cup back over the counter and tried to steam the coffee and milk, still giving me the coffee that has been sitting for HOURS. they need to change them when the light is yellow on the pot! Also, no reason that your workers are arguing with customers so much. Obviously nobody here is part of the solution but always the problem. BTW they have a 21 year old General Manager who doesn’t know how to manage, handle employees or conduct a interview properly.

I ordered on the app ,which was smooth and easy to use.I went to the location to pick up the order. When I got there the person at the window said oven was slow heating and it would be 7 minutes .I pulled up and waited ,about 15 minutes then the order was brought to me .I asked the person if everything was in the bag and that person replied yes.I asked because bag was kinda small for 22 dollars worth of food. I drive off and got to the house .then opened the bag and it was missing an item and one of the items was not in the best condition. The Bacon snack was all balled up and floppy ..the other items were just okay not really up to standard. So, I called and got no answer all three times. Then I justed jumped back in the car and drove …back up there. Got The Hash browns and a new bacon snack.

Consistently poor service at this location. Really none of the Pensacola locations are very pleasant. The only good option in the area is Gulf Breeze which sadly closes early. Just wait until tomorrow, it’s not worth it.

We placed our order through the mobile app. Everything looked great and we specified exactly how we wanted our sandwiches and which ones. My husband went to pick them up and they shorted one of the sandwiches, the staff kept insisting there were only 2 sandwiches! I had to prove to them what we ordered and then they didn’t even have strawberry for the dragon fruit specialty drink. That was the first strike. Second strike came in the shape of non toasted sour dough bread when we specified toasted! Third strike came when they put pesto on my sandwich and I am allergic! And the topper, put white cheddar on both sandwiches when I asked for American. We ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and they didn’t have chicken!!! The iced coffee didn’t have cream even though I asked for creamer! So nothing about my order was correct and I paid for food I didn’t get!! When I tried calling the location they ignored the phone ringing!! My advise, stear clear of this location. Rude staff smart mouths and short on food
