I have been here several times and love their pizza. Much better than the Blaze competitors in my optinion. However, I have a couple complaints and therefore cannot give it a 5-star rating. I recommend to management that they make the gluten free crust into the same size as all of the other crusts they offer or advise customers that the size is smaller before purchasing. I got the same pizza as a friend except that I ordered it on the gluten free crust ($2 extra charge) and was shocked and disappointed with what I received. I brought it up to an employee and based on his unsurprised response, I was not the first person to point out this issue. I ended up paying $2 extra for a pizza that was literally HALF the size of my friends pizza. Also, on two separate occasions, I have had to cook my pizza at home because they were given to me half-cooked with raw dough in the middle. I’ve solved that problem by ordering the pizza to be cooked well done. It’s been a turbulent trial and error with this place but I haven’t given up because their pizza is so tasty!

Great pizza I had the artichoke pizza and it was very good. very happy and we’re going back for sure. Nice variety of beer choices and it was good. Yummy kids pizza. My daughter liked how she got to customize it and she said it was delicious. Great variety of lemonade, 6 different choices.

Custom order pizza, limited options for the crust, unlimited toppings. My pizza was my fault, wish I could specify the quantity of each topping. Great variety of craft beers and ciders. Try the lemonades as well.

It’s not set up like the pieology in Irvine and Fullerton. You order everything at the register and all the pizzas go into the oven without any identifying numbers or names. This creates lots of confusion and is very time consuming. We ordered 4 pizzas and got 3. They ended up making everything again to figure out how to get the order right. They are very unorganized and not that friendly. Avoid

Food and interior cleanliness is often neglected towards later hours. Burnt bottoms on pizzas, drinks out of service, unnecessary long waits for pizzas to be made when plenty of employees are working. Whatever it is this pieology is almost always largely inferior in terms of quality, taste, and cleanliness than other pieologies in the area.
