Just visited Family Chineses Restaurant in Salisbury, MA. We sat at the bar and had the most awesome experience. Everyone is so welcoming, the staff, the bartenders and the patrons who visit. We ordered the traditional Mai Tai a must have drink! We also ordered the mouth watering Chicken and Shrimp fried rice with Sizzling Happiness which is a hot scallops and beef delicious plate. I can’t wait to visit Family Chineses Restaurant again!!

This place is definitely the best Chinese around. We drive a good distance just to get takeout from here because nowhere close to us is good. We finally dined in one night, and that was also a good experience. My only complaint is that I don’t love their sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. I like the cherry syrupy one, and theirs has bell peppers and is more runny. It isn’t as sweet. Everything else they make can’t compare.

Food is always good, but the service is awful. Serves rush you to place orders, rarely smile, and overall come off hostile and aggressive. Honestly after working in restaurants for over 8 years both front and back of house I can say this staff is not trained properly in hospitality. Me and my friends will only come here for take out from now on. I’m sorry I have to write this but it was really that bad.

I always love the food, always top notch and delicious, but the waiter we had was a bit rude and made it feel like we were in like a boot camp. She took our plates before we finished them without asking, but never asked if I needed a refill on my drink that was clearly empty as opposed to the full plate she took. We were nothing but nice and she just responded with attitude and rudeness. I’m probably only going to be ordering take out instead, this is the best Chinese food in town.

First the food is good , but the prices have gone up considerably. What cost 50 dollars is now close to 80 dollars and this is just two people. So we get our bill we pay it and leave a tip I leave and my husband was still gathering his stuff when the waitress comes back saying you didn’t tip enough tip must be 20% so she embarrassed him and all he said was my wife handled that then he comes to the car and tells me I am like what the #### . First off with restaurant prices raising their prices so high people leave what they can .and for another you brother food to the table and did nothing else. Needless to say this Establishment has lost two customers because we are not going back there anymore. I did go back in and say someone was Complaining we didn’t leave a good enough tip and gave 4 more and left.

The best Chinese food in the area. I’ve lived up this way for 5 years and i can’t believe I’ve never tried it before today. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our food came out super fast and the prices were reasonable and comparable to other sit-down Chinese restaurants. I’m already craving more and can’t wait to go back!
