I went there this morning. I go to pay cash. Because my $10 bill had a tear in it the dude was like I can’t take this. I said why? He said because of the tear. I said its $$ put tape on it. He got mad hand me my chance back aggressive & dropped my coins on the ground & just looked @ me. I go to the next window & ask to speak with the mgr. She was not friendly either.

I’ve been to this location 3 times now and all 3 times I’ve ordered the same thing 1 Mcdouble and 1 McChicken ONLY MAC SAUCE AND LETTUCE and they have fucled it up every single time one time it was just normal and the other 2 they just put extra lettuce and added mac sauce like dude it’s not hard it’s less work even to make it. 3 strikes your out never again. Clean on the inside tho so good job on that.

This used to be my go to McDonalds in the south area. However almost every order has been incomplete or incorrect. Including todays simple order. They take orders at the speaker like you’re a child, and rush you through just to miss your first half of the order.. they didn’t put any ice in our two large drinks, and left two-three inches of the cup unfilled. Im not this petty over the ice.. BUT then we checked our order, they didn’t give us a kids fry, nor the kids apple juice, they mixed up the “no onion” for no pickle, then we had to go in and ask for pickles so they didn’t have to remake the sandwich. Then they had the audacity to go back and forth with us about needing to pay for pickles I remind you, they forgot to put on the sandwich in the first place. They’re unprofessional and act like they have no manners when confronted.. all these issues that could be resolved with a friendly attitude and “I’m sorry we mess up, let’s fix it” but have yet to see kind of common courtesy at this location.
