Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff who served me, they don’t look interested in being there or in proper customer service! I ordered a chicken bowl, there was not much chicken left in the tray so the girl serving me just scrapped whatever burnt old chicken she could get off the bottom of the tray, I then told her I wasn’t happy with that and asked her to get fresh chicken, she then went to speak to the manager and they proceed to say it was fine to serve the burnt chicken which I declined and left the store, will not ever return or give my money to chipotle, much better options out there!

I was there about half an hour ago. There are bunch of people looks like working, but in the back and nobody in front take your order ,the only guy that taking orders was busy with client with large order. It took about 10 minutes to finish that client. he had gloves in his hands with the same gloves that he touched cashier,He started scratching his face and around his nose, he came to me asking for my order .

I go to this chipotle a lot, and usually they are very fair about their portions. However, this time around I wanted to try something new, two half portions of protein. But when I asked for it, I literally got scraps of meat. The “two” half scoops of protein weren’t even enough to cover half of the bowl.

We visited the one on Sand Canyon Ave and Irvine Center Drive about 10 days ago and the restaurant itself was filthy. The women’s restroom was not clean at all. None of the tables in the whole restaurant were wiped down. There was food on every single table. We will not be returning to this particular location.

Busy place at lunch time. However, when they were making the food, the running table surface where the food was on, was dirty and possibly cross contaminated. Making food guidelines required all surfaces where the food goes needs to be cleaned and sanitized. In addition, seems like people needs little more training on how to run business in a busy lunch hour.

I’ve been to this Chipotle many times. Today I experience terrible service at the drive-through window. When I asked for the manager to address the uncalled for attitude from the worker, he was worse then her. Manager by the name of Andrew completely ignored my complaint, rudely interrupted, gave me my order and sent me away with “I hope you have a day you deserve”.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! The food tastes the same as every other chipotle but the proportions are way smaller. I’ve been here twice to get a burrito and twice they’ve given me a burrito about half the size of a typical chipotle burrito. This chipotle is cheap and gives you less than what you pay for, do not spend your money here!!!!
