We went to the Savanah River Brewery to catch this truck. Waited in the heat and boy it was worth it! Delicious lobster rolls and ahi tuna.

Smelled it cooking from down the road Delicious! Each restaurant’s lobster roll has its slight variations in taste from each other but overall is the same dish. Fresh, thick pieces of lobster. One lobster roll comes with a bag of cape cod chips and costs $21.50 pre tax.

Lobster rolls are a dish common in the northeast. You can get a “lobsta” roll just about anywhere in Maine. Lobster rolls are traditionally served on a toasted and buttered top-sliced hotdog bun.

Got a lobster roll at the food truck festival tonight, our lobster was cold, don’t know if that’s how they serve it but I’ve never had cold lobster before. To me, too much money for little food and it was cold. We even asked others around us and they said theirs was cold too. Not worth it.
