Walking in, the place was very nice and welcoming! The open layout made it feel very lowkey and chill, which I personally like. The service was fast and they consistently kept the space and tables clean. Most importantly, the food was good! Especially for the price you pay, the portions are huge. Delicious food for a delicious price, what more can you ask for?

Best Mexican “fast food joint in town”. Same price as filibertos and all the other “bertos” but you get way more food and way better quality. My kids get the carne asada fries and it’s better quality bigger portions and they get a drink for the same price as the Mexican food chains around my house. I eat a carne asada combo plate it’s only 12 bucks and it comes with rice beans and a drink. My nephew introduced me to this chain after a bike ride since it’s his favorite place. I would drive all the way to Scottsdale to eat it before I found out that they had the one on bell road. It’s our go to place for Mexican grub.

I have been coming here at least once a week for the last 6 months and never been disappointed. Tried pretty much the whole menu, all good. Staff has always been friendly and fast and the place is clean. I could chug their red and green sauce all day. But that would be weird.

I love this place! I have been looking for a good nacho supreme since I moved here from IL 6 years ago and finally found Oscar’s. The nacho supreme with ground beef and a side of nacho cheese is to die for! Prices are affordable as well.

The chicken, al pastor, and carne asada tacos were all delicious. The beans actually had flavor compared to other establishments. The rice was some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant. The red hot sauce had a great kick of heat. The green sauce was a it more sweet. Will definitely be returning.

Tried this place for the first time just a few days ago. Food was great service was wonderful. The place was clean. Only 2 complaints one the main door was broken or not in use (it happens) so the door you have to use opens the wrong way and was a bit annoying to ha e to go around patio furniture to get in. I’m sure that I’d a temporary situation so not really a complaint. The ice tea smelled like it hadn’t been changed in over a week. That’s it. Everything else was fantastic.

Searching for SoCal Mexican and were thrilled to find Oscar’s, which is related to the popular Cotijas shops in San Diego. Disappointed that the rolled tacos were ground beef instead of shredded beef or chicken. Got the Cali burrito chimi-style. Love the concept, but the fries were soggy instead of crisp.
