Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Crazy good subs. Super fresh, high-quality ingredients. Mike’s way is the only way! The hot subs are amazing as well! Never had bad food there. Kids mostly run the location near me, so the turnover can be high. Sometimes, some care more than others, but overall, it is usually a pretty good experience. The point system is a little stiff and stingy compared to other sub shops. But I keep going regardless.

I LOVE the sandwiches at Jersey Mikes, but the service this time was downright depressing. The kids all looked like they’d rather be someplace else. None of them seemed happy, rather they seemed automated, like young robots. Maybe someone needs to teach them to have fun at their jobs.

Six unfriendly & slow staff who act put-out they have a customer in their line. Twice I asked for a giant Italian sub with the oil and vinegar on the side.They proceeded to put the oil and vinegar on the sandwich.When I kindly asked if they could please remake it so that it wouldn’t be soggy when I get a chance to eat it 3 hours later. They acted bugged and pulled off the lettuce as if that was going to make it less soggy 3 hours from now.

Food was really good, chicken Chipotle cheesesteak for the win. Service was a bit slow, I even ordered about 15 min ahead around lunchtime and still had to wait about 10 minutes when I got there.

We called on 3/30/23 to place a catering order for our company party. The order was supposed to be ready at 10:45AM on 4/3/23. They asked us to pay at pick up, which was strange, since it was such a large order (145 sandwiches). When we arrived to pick up, they had no record of our order, acted like we were liars, and gave attitude. The manager was rude and acted like we were the burden because we requested that they make them asap, because we had 145 hungry employees waiting for lunch. The manager should figure out who took our order on Thursday and have an attitude with them, not us. The manager called the other stores in the area to ensure we did not place our order with a different store, which we did not. Then started our order. We did not receive our order until 12PM. We are grateful they got it done but we do not appreciate them giving us attitude, when it was their mistake. I do not recommend catering from here.

Generally speaking, we’ve had really good experiences here. There have been a few minor things, but the food is usually good and the staff are usually friendly and efficient. We are regulars and I like sandwiches .

Worst Jersey Mike’s I have been too. The food taste pretty good but the service sucks. Most of the employees seem to be lost in space. The one star is for how filthy the counter is and that knife used to cut your sandwich is so gross. Look at how Subway cuts your sandwich compared to Jerseys using the same knife all day . Wished they would clean there counters better….. No I won’t email you so you can give me a free regular sandwich. I’m hoping you fix the cleanliness issues.
