Shayla, the supervisor…. very ignorant and that’s putting it kindly. SHE MESSED UP and didn’t put in my 3 year olds apple juice and proceeded to make us wait in the 30 minute line alllll over again because apparently company policy prohibits taking orders at the window… now I’d have gladly accepted this if it was my fault. Then she slammed the window in my face. Oh and this might be petty but my sons cookie came in 4 pieces and half melted. That was pretty fun. Never been serviced by her but I hope to God she isn’t there on future trips or I absolutely will drive off without my order.

Went inside today to use the restroom and get a drink. I noticed a few things today during my visit. no one wearing a hairnet.. especially the boy with long shaggy hair making drinks, but I seen not one person wearing one. I couldn’t even tell you who would be supervising on shift as everyone was walking around with no head on their shoulders. the girl on s/s contaminating her gloves between orders and not changing them.. I worked at Tim Hortons before and they couldn’t even make my strawberry lemonade right. Ice, syrup then lemonade? Overloaded in syrup as he didn’t use the guidelines for the drink. Some training and leadership needs to be taken. Where’s the person that is servsafe or supervising that should be taking control? A bunch of children. No wonder every time I drive by they’re backed up. Now that I know how they’re set up I will be not be stopping again. It’s a shame.

Had a steak and cheddar Panini, had a slight sharp after taste. Cup of chili, acceptable. I may prefer a thicker chili. 2 apple fritters, delicious with bits of apple inside. And a sour cream doughnut, sinfully delicious. Would recommend and would return.

The whole staff needs to be trained correctly. I should never hear out of a managers mouth. “I don’t know how to make that” “not my job I don’t care” this location is always “out” of most items on the menu Noone here is trained correctly nor do they hold up the standards of tim Hortons

Long line, and they didn’t have half of what we ordered! No plain bagels, no old fashioned plain donuts, no honey krullers…they kept asking if I’d like something else instead, but didn’t have my next choice, either. Despite all that, the staff was very friendly and apologetic!
