I frequent here quite often. I use both chilis and It’s just wings. 8 times out of 10 things are great. But the other times they’re just awful. I ordered the combo fries and boneless chicken. This is what they call a side of fries? I’m disappointed but not surprised.

Just ordered a wing and fries combo for pick up. Got all the way home and opened the box to no fries, just wings. Called twice to try to get a refund for the missing fries and got hung up on. Wings were also subpar. Will not go here again.

Wings are good. Could be better if they were cooked longer and had more sauce on them. And also I always get shorted wings never have the amount that suppose to be in the order and to top it off some of them are so small that it shouldn’t even be counted as one.

Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for cold soggy wings and inedible fries. Checked in on the app, tried to call, phone ran endlessly. Won’t be back, absolutely garbage customer service.

We arrived in preston, ct late on a Friday and there wasn’t much open doing delivery. Wings are always good, right? The 3 flavors of regular wings we got did not disappoint. The hawaiian, chipotle and regular buffalo were good. We also got some boneless apple bbq which we did not like… It tasted like bbq sauce mixed with apple sauce… Nothing delicate about it….. Came with tons of fries too, which were cold but that is grubhub’s fault. My only beef is we requested all blue cheese and we got half ranch half blue cheese…
