Tried these new steak burgers with bacon and steak sauce at Hardee’s. Thought they would have more flavor. They were also dry and not juicy burgers. Nice pieces of bacon, but missing lettuce. Pretty expensive burger to not get good reviews.

Ordered grilled chicken club with bacon and lettuce only. I pulled ahead to wait. They brought it out and i checked sandwich and noticed one was loaded. I handed it back to employee to remake. When she brought to back out it was right with one exception….. they used the same peice of chicken and tried to wipe off mayo but left some on it. So i took that right to drive window and got my 6.00 back.

Went because hardees has the best hot dogs.. well they used to serve chilli cheese fries.. asked if they could make them if i paid for the ingredients.. some old grouch mopping the dining room shouted no. The best they could do is sell me chilli in a bowl..well I was going to let it go but then one of the employees came from the back and was like “why can’t we do it when we have all the ingredients” you could tell he was trying to keep customers happy and coming back but the grouch from the dining area starred to breathe fire apparently and decided that no she was told not to do it she didn’t care if they had all the ingredients to do it that she wasn’t going to that she could make chocolate milk too if she wanted just squirt a little of the chocolate syrup in her milk too but she wasn’t going to do it.. whatever.. but I will write a review so that people will know there’s a reason this hardees is ALWAYS empty because they don’t know customer service and clearly don’t know when and where to keep their conversations to themselves.. so if you would like old rude woman mopping the dining room making you feel unwelcome then please by all means come here.. but if you prefer beyond customer service you should go elsewhere because here you definitely don’t get food your way..

This is the first time I ordered from this Hardee’s. I ordered the $15 F meal which is: 6 tenders, 2 double cheeseburgers and 4 orders of small fries. We had to wait for a while until it was brought out to our car. We get home and the fries are old and dry. I figure if they had to cook the tenders they should have cooked a fresh batch of fries. Besides the fries the tenders and the burgers were good.
