Straight up a bad experience. Ordered (food + white rice) over the phone was told 10 minutes and white rice was confirmed. Got there and paid (maybe 20 minutes). Another customer informed me he’d been waiting an hour. Also they only told him only after he paid so they’d make sure they had his money. This guy left. Another gentleman started talking to me and told me they lost his ticket so he’d been waiting a while also. He leaves. My food comes out I’m informed all out of white rice and had to take yellow rice. I said no. They replaced my rice with noodles. Still not what I ordered. I was told it would take 45-1 hour for rice because they were so busy. Was still charged full price for not even what I ordered. And expected to take what they gave me.

This location was one of the only ones open, so I gave them a try. The food tasted good, and the staff was friendly. My main complaint is the peas in the fried rice were too dry. Also, please be warned that the spring rolls have some kind of shellfish in them. My partner is strongly allergic, but she only had a mild reaction to them. I figure it must be either a small amount of some cross contamination. Regardless, we will be coming back for more food later. They won us over with their pineapple chicken!

Food is decent but the service is lacking. We placed an order and the female hung up. We then called back and she answers and acted like she didn’t speak to us and said it was the manager. The manager of which is a guy calls back and when we tell him what happened, he proceeds to say they have a phone answering service! Lol What a joke.

Ordered sweet & sour chicken, house fried rice & spring rolls. The breading on chicken was rubbery; greasy and sweet & sour sauce generic. The rice was dry and over cooked. Spring rolls were very greasy. Over all a big disappointment. Can’t understand the good reviews. Nothing was fresh.

Price tremendously has increased, now absolutely overpriced. Tried ordering 4 meals and was almost $70. They called 2 times trying to fix it (lowering the price, lowering the amount of food given for cheaper price) but still too expensive for a Chinese restaurant.
