Wonderful Chinese food with great lunch prices! They also serve fried wonton strips while waiting, such a nice touch! We got pepper steak and general TSOs and the food was quality and fresh! Place is very clean (smells clean too when you arrive) and the service is top notch! Thanh was our server. Friendly staff! Will be back!

Just ordered from here for dinner and was so happy the food lived up to my expectations (I really liked the restaurant it replaced). Hunan Garden Baobae will definitely be one of my usuals. There is a very cute bar and everyone was very friendly, my only complaint is that they forgot my egg roll, not worth taking a star off, y’all can just give me an extra one next time! We are excited to have found a high quality Chinese food restaurant in our area. Their new location in Katy, TX does not disappoint. Our family of 5 just had our second dinner with Hunan Garden and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The soups are fresh and full of flavor. I have ordered the Hunan Meat Lovers and the Orange Beef, and both were fantastic. The portions are large so sharing is an option. Plates are served with white rice, fried rice, or bean sprouts. So if you’re watching your carbs, the sprouts are a great choice. Richard and the team provide wonderful service.

I’m a big fan of Chinese food and I’m constantly looking for new Chinese restaurants in search of the best. I must say that Hunan Garden Baobae has the very best in Hunan style food! I love the pork dishes which are very delicious and fresh. The wonton soup is really delicious, too, as are the egg rolls. The service is first class. I highly recommend this restaurant.
