I got a large hot caramel latté with 2 extra pumps (6 pumps total) it was cheaper than any other dunkin I’ve been to, AND THE CUPS WERE ACTUALLY A LARGE, always question the cups, they claim those big ones you se aren’t for lattes, they were here! She was even nice enough to cut the straw for me so I could continue my road trip without spilling it. I love this place, THEY ALSO HAVE EXXON/MOBILE gas right there, great price too!

Very rude older woman was working the drive-through. They were not busy. They put regular sugar in my diabetic daughters coffee. My other daughters they put a lot of cream and asked for oat milk. They didn’t pay attention to the mobile order. They said that’s it, while my daughter said no, I ordered 2 donuts. She said what kind?threw them in a bag, then slammed the window shut while my daughter said, “Have a nice day.” Chocolate was all over the bag and napkins. It was really gross.

Absolutely rude worker, like every time I opened my mouth to add to my (quite small) ordefr, I either was subjected to an eye roll or sarcastic comment ( me: can I please get an everything bagel toasted with light, light butter her: are you sure you don’t just want a bagel, unsliced?) And on and on. When it comes time to pay I’m waiting on the total (common practice in take out) and she stares at me, and then at the register then back and forth…. until the silence was unbearable… So I asked what was the total… She responded: ” I THOUGHT YOU WOULD NEVER ASK”

But Today 4/14/23 about 7:40am I went to the Drive Thru and the Dunkin Lady had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there ànd handed 3 coffees to my Friend who was driving and NEVER said what kind they were (Cause My Friends + I All ordered coffee a different way).
