This is to management about your 2nd shift customer service. I and a few others are completely confused on why these unprofessional bodies haven’t been relieved of they’re sandwich making duties? We need able and willing bodies with enough enthusiasm to fulfill a 2nd shift position. The manager herself is an unworthy dish of disappointment alone. I don’t know who hired these individuals but Bobby Nowell wouldn’t be too happy about their work ethics.

Because the McDonalds franchise in Altavista has the highest prices of any McDonalds in Virginia, I sometimes want to eat somewhere else in protest. I have never had hot food handed to me out of the drive thru window at Hardees. It’s always cold, it’s always old, and always extremely disappointing. Cold fries, cold burgers, dry buns, cold tenders, and at $8 for a burger, I will NEVER eat here again.

Was just there. Got 2 sausage egg an cheese an small coffee with cream. Had to blow horn an tell them I needed my coffee. Got to the park. Picked coffee up to put in cream. Lid came off cup collapse an poured HOT coffee all over me an the vehicle. And didn’t even get cream. Probably lost a customer.
