Went there on a Friday mid morning. We sat outside with our dog and it was great. The wait staff member brought my dog water and was super friendly. My wife and I ordered the pear salad to share and 2 orders of fish and chips. Food was GREAT. Prices were reasonable and drinks were funky and tasty. Next time we come back from NY we will be back. Best thing is that everything on the menu can be done gluten free on separate fryers and as per the wait staff, at a different kitchen space. AWESOME!

Rhody Roots is located downtown on Main Street. Depending on the day, parking can be tricky, but the food and the funky, eclectic atmosphere make it more than worth it! One of the best parts is that they can make nearly everything gluten- free.

By far the most disgusting food I’ve ever tasted. It cost my wife, my son ,and myself and it was $80 bill. We took all the food to go and once we got outside we threw it out. The home fries are so overly seasoned but yet has no flavor. The pancake tasted like the lid fell off the cinnamon and it all dumped into the pancake batter (it was also burnt. We ate only the eggs but the eggs had no salt or pepper. You wouldn’t think one could mess up eggs but these were. The smell of the food is an odor I can’t get out of my head. The waitress was very friendly. It’s only my opinion but we definitely would not recommend the food. Atmosphere was great and the establishment it’s self was great

Wow! We love this place. My wife and I have been here a few times now both with, and without, our grandkids and it’s unanimous, we will be back. The options here are great and best of all they are ready to make most items vegan. The food pictured are all plant based and vegan. The volume of food will fill anyone’s need. So for breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the place for both vegan and traditional foods. And by the way, the only place I know of that I can have a meal prepared by a chef for a past US president!

Excellent food!!! Great menu!!! Definitely a must try. We tried many items on the menu from multiple visits and every time was amazing!!! The staff is incredible as well, extremely friendly. First the Fried Pickles are second to none. The Poutine is definitely a must try as well. The Short Rib sandwich is incredibly addictive. There are only a few items I haven’t tried on the menu. Every single thing was so delicious and worth trying again!!
