This location is disgusting. It opened some time during spring and except for a very short period of time during July and June (and only in the mornings) their donuts are just plain nasty. Except for that golden period of time in the middle of summer, the donuts icing slips off and makes a sludgy mess. They taste like a freezer. I went by here a few weeks ago and never again. I went at night and you could hear music blaring, you could see the bums that work here out smoking. Then I went to the drive thru and I could hear someones conversation about picking their nose…No joke. I felt like it must have been a joke. I just decided to skip this one and honestly you should too. On top of all of this this location is a notoriously dangerous spot in town. Everyone knows it but they are probably hoping to get some clueless and desperate people off of I-81. Don’t do it. You will regret it. I have never gotten coffee here that it did not make me sick. And after overhearing the private conversation between the employees over the speaker I think I have a better idea of why. Thought it was just in my head. Guess not.

Monday 10:30 am ordered a large black iced coffee. Got to the window. It seemed very light. The girl who took my money even thought it was iced tea. I tasted it. It was watered down black coffee. The girl at the window took the coffee back in replaced it. I drove off. Got to work, the replacement large black iced coffee was watered down too.

Person on the intercom tonight had peanut butter in their ears, habitually had me repeat my order then proceeded to tell me that they needed to make a box for my donuts. I’m no rocket scientist however one would figure that a donut shop would have it understood the donuts need a container to be placed in! My poor step daughter only wanted a donut at speedy service tonight and I hate letting my kiddo down due to the negligence of someone with peanut butter ear syndrome. Disappointed however the wonderful blackbird bakery is but minutes down 81. Subpar donuts once we received them and the sweet tea tasted like swamp water.

Every time I go to this new Dunkin my coffee is never correct. This is the third time and when I try to call no one answers. I am tired of throwing my money away maybe someone needs to hire a new manager or something there because at this point I’d rather do without! I also have asked for a pup cup twice at the speaker only to get to the window and it not be handed out with my order then the employee huffing because I said I need the pup I ordered please. They need to get it together at this location to say the very least.

I just drove through and ordered one classic sprinkle doughnut, two jelly filled donuts, six classic donuts and the rest of them glazed Boston cream filled and chocolate covered. I got all the way home, 50 miles away, and found I had one sprinkled caramel donut that my granddaughter would not eat, 2 jelly filled (that were powder sugar coated and also not what I ordered as classic glazed), and the rest were glazed Boston cream filled with chocolate – NOT ONE classic donut! I have no doubt we were given the wrong box but my grandkids were so disappointed!!!! Tho I must say I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive through, so who knows. I know y’all are new but please check the boxes before you hand them out the window. I was driving and SHOULD have done that but I handed the box to my eldest granddaughter to hold until we got home. Fifteen bucks for a box of donuts and my eldest granddaughter had NONE she wanted to eat
