Just ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza. This was absolutely disappointing. The pizza was cold and completely skimped out. There was a HUGE crust. I didn’t order dough guys. My girl and I wasted almost 40 dollars for 1 pizza. PLEASE SEND ME A PIZZA LIKE ALMOST EVERY OTHER PAPA JOHNS WOULD MAKE SO I KNOW YOU CAN AT LEAST DO IT AND ORDER AGAIN.

I’m sorry to say it, but this was my worst pizza I ever had from Papa Jon’s. Super dry (hard) and very over cook too many bubbles the crust was literally burn. The Asian guy that helped me was nice and all but I think he really needs more training. NOT Noth worth my $50 dollars tonight

I was disappointed with the quality of the pizza. All it really did was give me heartburn. The other problem is that you don’t get to order from your local location, you have to go through an answering service which takes twice the time and they take the opportunity to sell you more than you want or need. Will I order another pizza from them? I doubt it.

Sadly, instructions were not followed. We ordered 3 individual pizzas and none of them were cooked well done as requested. I asked for extra mushrooms and there were only a few. Same story for my son’s and husband’s pizzas. This is the time where we need to support small businesses, however if this is how they treat their customers, they do not deserve to get our business. We spent over $60 and for us that is a lot.
