Employee was too worried about being on his phone to do any actual work. Asked for lemon pepper wings and got hot wings instead. My buddy ordered right after me. Shortly after, 3 people came in and ordered. The 3 people got their food before my buddy, and we still had to wait another 10 minutes for the employee to finish the order. The ceiling has massive water leak damage. Definitely should’ve picked somewhere else to eat. Zero stars if possible.

They lost my business today! I ordered what was pictured as Gyro and five piece wings and french fries. However, french fries do not actually come with the meal. I was told it was an add-on option after the fact and I just refuse to run my card again and give more money for something I paid for already and only cost $2 at that bc that’s ridicoulsy that I just paid $17 for half a meal and no drink even comes with order. When placing your order just know that what is pictured as the meal you want isn’t actually what youll get. $17 is a whole lot for a so-so Gyro and five itty-bitty teeny tiny chicken wings l

This place was so nice when they opened. Today we went to eat here and it has gone down hill fast. No fountain drinks, no ice, mini fridge on the counter. Just filth. I don’t know what happend but it isn’t the same.

I ordered some teriyaki wings. They were good until I saw that the chicken was hairy!!!!! That was such a turn off!!!!! Never again. Very disappointed. Obviously they don’t clean their chicken at all.

Male employee was using foul language and speaking to me as if we knew each other. The cooks did not have on hair net and mask and was talking over the food (spit) They don’t change gloves between use which can cause cross contamination. Food might taste good but poorly prepared which can cause someone to get sick.

Love that I am always greeted immediately when I walk in by whomever is working the counter and the chef when he notices me. Food is always great. Disappointing that the portions have been cut so drastically for the salads, but at least the prices have not gone up.

Philly’s have a good taste, it’s the rolls they’re served on that take away from the authenticity of an actual philly cheese steak. Wings would be good also if they weren’t drenched in sauce causing them to become soggy versus being glazed.
