I stopped here today for the first time in over a year, that was a mistake. Not only were the employees rude, but they were disorganized. I had to ask for my receipt 3 times. The donuts were stale and poorly iced. They were a disaster to even attempt to eat. Glad I wasted over 7 dollars for 6 of them. The drinks were fine, but we had to wait over 10 minutes for one of them when the store was not busy. I seriously thought they had forgotten about me after having me pull around. There was no thank you or have a nice day from them. I will not be returning to dunkin, especially when there is a kwik trip and a starbucks right down the road. It’s kind of sad when gas station donuts are better than the donuts at a store with donut in it’s name.

I don’t know if all Dunkin sucks or just this one. I ordered 12 donuts for the office from the app and customized the donut selection. I received many I didn’t ask for and few of the ones I did. I ordered in early morning so you would think they would have full stock. The donuts I did receive were stale. How? Did you give me donuts from yesterday…because that’s what it tastes like. You have one job! Make good donuts…

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap, another sausage egg and cheese croissant, neither had egg on it and the wrap was burnt to a crisp. And I ordered one donut and got it completely wrong. Besides all that they took about 15 minutes to get the WRONG food out to me.

Every time I order here, there is always a mistake, whether it be with a drink or food. Do not even try ordering the cold foam for an extra dollar; it is never added. There is an older male manager, I believe, who is always so rude, even when ordering at the window. Always just disappointing.

I Finally went up to the person said hey did the order come through for my name low and behold it was for the drive, they put it for the drive-through and just let me stand there for 10 minutes. Not asking if they could help me or nothing….

The staff at the Stoughton location are all amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are so friendly. They can really make someone’s day just bc of how kind everyone is. My drinks are always made correctly and the food is always good too. Never have had bad service there. even on days they are short staffed they are still smiling.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I absolutely refuse to go to any other Dunkin Donuts because this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. Martin, David, Jake and their colleagues work SO HARD and SOOOO kind, caring, and funny!!! They ABSOLUTELY deserve a special bonus! Dunkin Donut Corporate- they deserve a fabulous bonus. For three years I worked at the Ritz- Carlton in San Francisco- I know 5 star service and they give it EVERY TIME!!!
