Originally from Brooklyn, New York, owner, Charlie Messina worked in his father’s pizzeria in 1976 and moved to Williamsburg with his wife and three children. After owning several restaurants along the peninsula on his own, Charlie decided to open a New York-style pizzeria with two other cooks from Doraldo. Little Charlie’s Pizza, named after his grandson, is a 70s-80s-style New York pizzeria offering a convenient and cheaper way for customers to enjoy a high quality meal.

Wow this is the greatest little Pizza Shop in town. If your looking for just a slice, a whole pie or items that are superbly delicious you’ve found it. Plenty of room for lunch or dinner and to feed the sports team between games. Please check it out and see what I’m bragging for. Oh and the garlic knots. Little Charlie’s Pizza is hands down delicious Italian goodness! Definitely will return for Sunday brunch with the family. If you’re from Hawaii, this pizzeria is “onolicious (delicious), broke da mouf kine grindz (drooling kind greatness), and down to earth (can feel the Aloha spirit)! Don’t get me started on their “sauce!” Little Charlie’s definitely deserves a 5 star review! Highly recommend their special, veal & egg plant Parmigiano! The pink sauce is everything and more!

My wife and I are from NY and love coming here! Food is always delicious and they will even honor requests if they have the fresh ingredients. NY style pizza is on point. We also love the Penne Vodka with Chicken, which is full of so much flavor. Portions are very generous and come out piping hot.

My first time here. I ordered a slice of Chicken Bacon Ranch and a slice of Stuffed Pizza that has Potatoes in it. Both slices were really good. It wasn’t very expensive either. Employees were friendly. I’ll be back.

Excellent prices, excellent food, excellent service. They have some modern ingredient combinations, as well as traditional ones for all of the purists. Blazing hot ovens resulted in thin and crunchy crust. I will definitely come back.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite a while, a buddy said how good it was and NY style pizza. WOW! Grabbed a pepperoni slice and a meats sandwich/roll. Pizza was really good. Foldable, great taste, just 1 slice wasn’t enough. He gave me a little extra sauce for the roll and the sauce is great. He said they make it in house, crust is made in house as well. I’ll be going back. As for the service, excellent. Nice, was greeted as I came in. Chatted for minute while he made my order.

Ezequiel “z” is a great manager, keeps this pizza spot running smooth. Best pizza and knots I’ve had, even compared to the rest of the states I’ve been to on the east and west coast. Always a great experience at this place! Love how all the pizza is not your normal pizza you can get anywhere! We have enjoyed the chicken and waffles pizza, the nacho pizza was recommended by a coworker, the chicken Alfredo pizza is really good. Love their loaded knots as well as the regular knots!
