Went here to enjoy an evening out with my girl, dinner and live music. The evening was great dinner was just right and the live music was great. I’ve been to Johnny Blitz before and was not disappointed.

I had the best time! Great band, great ambiance. I danced the night away. I am not much of a drinker except my friend likes IPA and they have it there. They also serve food which I didn’t try and I wil update when I do.

Where to begin, the music was amazing and the food was fantastic but the best apart of it all was how accommodating the owner and staff treated my wife and I. First time being there and it seems like we’ve been going since it first opened. Can’t recommend enough and will be definitely going back for the best blues I’ve heard in a very long time.

Best Blues in the Western Burbs! The last Tuesday of every month is the Harmonica Meetup; all sorts of harp players attend, play, and share their prowess. It truly is a great venue!

I’ve been going to Johnnys for a few years and they have consistently fantastic food (especially the wings) and some really great live music. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively but still comfortable!

Relaxed atmosphere to hang out, watch sports and besides a nicely equipped bar, enjoy great food clearly made from high quality ingredients. Even have a couple vege burger options. Staff and patrons alike are friendly. The place is clean too!

My family and I went here on Saint Patrick’s night to enjoy the live band and have a good time. None of us or anyone in the bar was asked to pay a cover charge while entering the bar. As my dad asked for a second beer, the owner then came over and asked my dad how he was paying. When my dad said he was paying with cash, the owner then all of a sudden asked my dad if he paid the $10 cover charge. As my dad stated he didn’t, the owner told him he needed to pay the $10 cover charge as he was reaching his hand towards my dads cash to grab it out of his hand. He then stated he needed the cover charge as he has multiple bands in there throughout the year which costs him $90,000.00. By the way, when he took the money from my dad, he didn’t put it in the cover charge box, but instead pocketed it for himself. It was 5 of us there and they lost out on a lot of money tonight. Would absolutely NOT recommend and will never go here again. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
