Decided to stop at Arby’s on our way home. We got two roast beef sandwiches. Funny thing is, neither sandwich had roast beef on them. They had gyro meat on them! Gross!

The service was horrible. Workers in the back were cursing loudly. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food when they were not busy at all. The only reason we got our food was because we had to yell at the manager. The workers were just walking around and not making our order. The whole time the workers were being very rude. A couple weeks ago we came and the same thing happened. We will never be coming to thing Arby’s ever again!

Worst service. Employees do not care. Management not apparent and can’t contact. I just sent 20 on a meal with cheese fir my fries added extra cheese at the window. Got charged for it. I got no cheese sauce at all. No napkins no receipt. I askedfor extra parm ranch sauce at the window and he said oh ok. So no sauce no cheese no double cheese I paid for no answer when I called. So you just took my $20 and told me you don’t care.this is bad. Bad service multiple times first complaint I’ve made.

Food was great. Manager was helpful when I asked to put am ice pack in his freezer during my meal. But the restaurant itself shows signs of being too busy for the quality of staff… I’m not sure how they stay so busy.

The food was soggy and the bread wasn’t toasted on my French dip. And the aujus wasn’t good at all. It smelled like a roast juice and not in a good way it was almost clear it was so dark and being a former manager at Arby’s I can assure you the aujus is always dark colored and you can’t see right thru it to the bottom it was almost like brown water . Disgusting

They should have closed the dining room with only having what looked like 3 people working. The dining room was empty and drive through was pretty scarce too. The cashier put his fingers in all 3 cups. The floor was so sticky you could hear every foot step. The beverage/condiment counter looked like maybe it was wiped BEFORE lunch. Not a single table was clean. It about 9 minutes to get food. The roast beef was the thickness of ham slices. The curly fry’s where meh since they sat up front for about 2 minutes waiting for out double roast beef.
