Very dissatisfied with our experience at this location. We had a pizza that was so doughy we couldn’t even chance eating it. Had to throw the whole pizza away. At first I was just disappointed with the location. However, It’s been 2 weeks trying to resolve matter with customer service and I have yet to talk to someone. I just keep getting automated emails saying they will look into it and someone from the location will contact me. 2 weeks later and nothing.

Ordered late on a Friday and still got my order, hot and fresh! They delivered quick and the driver was friendly. The pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks were all great, will definitely order again. Much better experience than the other local, big chain pizza place. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area. Decent rewards program too 🙂

We had a family wedding at the house and worked hard all day and then facilitated the wedding that night. We had 6 hungry kids ranging from 4 years old to 20 years old (and 2 adults! haha) at the end of a LONG day and they asked if we could get pizza instead of the leftover food once we finally sat down to rest and eat. It was 11 pm so I wasn’t even sure we could get anything that late (we’re in town from California for the wedding and we can at home but wasn’t sure for MN), but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the local Pizza Hut was open and still taking orders for another 20 minutes for delivery before they closed. We ended up ordering 4 pizzas, 3 desserts, and 6 sodas! Everything was perfect. Pizzas were fresh and hot, made exactly as ordered. Desserts were delicious and the sodas were all included and the correct types. Driver was fast and we are so grateful they accommodated such a large order so late!

So much better these days! This location has come a ways since I last visited. Had a personal pan pep. Hot and tasted like my childhood! The staff was nice and I think the place could use a face-lift but it’s still really good! Will be back soon for another personal pan or 2. (Something about that compact size that makes it taste amazing could just be my childhood memories but omg! )

Love ordering pizza from this location. They never disappoint. Always makes it fast and fresh and I always order big. My orders always consist of 4-12 pizza orders. So imagine how that can be overwhelming for one order alone and they still do well. Today I ordered online for carryout for 6 pizzas and it said it’ll be ready for pickup in 15 minutes, but I usually like to give them an extra 10-15 minutes just in case there are other orders they most likely will be getting as well. This is the only location for Pizza Hut that I noticed does a good job. Even their delivery drivers do well. I’m hoping they continue to do well in the future.

Every time I get the breadsticks at the Spring Lake Park location they are burnt and not cut up. Take a look at these coming from the Brooklyn Park, Pizza Hut cut up not burnt.

I grew up eating Pizza Hut and this is the only store in the area that does a good job. They actually add extra cheese when you order it and the food always is great. I’ve also been really impressed with how the staff cares about their work. Good job guys!

Delivery showed up early… good… but had me go to meet him in the lobby. I get dressed, masked up, shoes on , walk down the hall to find him actually coming in. Pizza was not cooked!!! There was NO extra cheese (which I was charged extra) and pizza was inedible!!!

They gave a product that was over an hour old. It has dressing in the box that has been sitting under heat for over an hour needless to say it was no good nor was the product. I had.a car issue and was running late. Instead of remaking the items I previously paid for the lady at the register stated I had to take the old item or repay for the entire order to be remade. This was unacceptable and against food standards set in Minnesota. I purchase from here often and have never been shown so much rudeness and lack of concern for a customer let alone giving me an unhealthy product. Not sure how I feel about coming back again. However zi know I will no longer buy lunch for here again.
