When I say the manager do not care. She don’t. She let her employees run her. The light skin girl with the blue hair is real nonchalant and don’t have no type of customer service. We waited 15 mins and still didn’t receive our food. They need to do better.

Staff was very nice and we ordered the 20 piece family meal with three sides. We only got 2 sides and our receipt shows we paid for this meal. I tried calling the number on the receipt and Google and no answer after 2 attempts. It is cold and rainy and we don’t want to get back out after unpacking. I would love to hear from someone soon thank you.

Food here was prepared very neatly and is fresh and tasty. Very impressed by the size of the sandwiches compared to other fast food restaurants. Tried the Cajun Club and the Grilled Club. Spice and condiment levels were perfect. Tender moist chicken and fluffy fresh buns. Service wasn’t quite professional, and may need to review food handling practices with all, especially employees wearing fake finger nails and handling food. Overall, employees were friendly and in good spirits, which was pleasant. Restaurant was clean and quiet, food definitely hit the spot.

Bojangles on 3031 wade Hampton is worthless .given them multiple chances each time I’ve ended up starving cause their food was not fit to eat . Chicken was not hardly cooked . Mac and cheese looked liked it was scraped out a toilet bowl. the buiscet was probley the only thing fit to eat . Its not hard to make chicken I mean for real. Thanks for making me starve bojangles

The location on Wade Hampton is terrible. The staff acted like we inconvenience them by dining in to night. The restaurant was nasty and instead of cleaning the front staff did tic toks. This restaurant needs an experience manager to straighten up this location and to fire the useless employees that sit around and do nothing.

Horrible service, they don’t teach new employees nothing. If you training new employee then be beside them all the time until the are comfortable enough take order by them self. That way you don’t have any stupid orders mistakes.

If I could give zero stars I would! Sit in the drive through for 20 minutes for just ONE Bo Berry biscuit. Go inside and not a single staff member will acknowledge you standing there! When they do finally speak they are nothing but ignorant and rude. This location needs management BAD! This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location.
