Out of all the hundreds of restaurants I have been to as a food critic, La Pizzeria has the worst service. The people are very rude and have absolutely no manners. They touch all the food with there hands that has been on dozens of credit cards and cash as well!

Many years ago La Pizzeria used to be decent, but the quality, service and current business practice are terrible. Food is below mediocre at best. If you do take out they will give you cold old fries. The worst part is that they charge you a 3% credit card fee, which is illegal in the state of NY.

Due to an app snafu the order was 30+ min late. I called about it and was told it was already out, waited by the door and called again 15 min later to find out it had gone out only 5 min ago. Not cool. This place is a few blocks away and I could have just walked if they told me the order hadn’t left when I first called. And then it took another 15. The food was fine but seriously I could have walked if they just communicated the delivery delay properly to me.

Basically tasteless food that is overpriced and served by unfriendly, bordering on hostile people. They never seem to get the food orders right because there is always something that is missing from an order, and the fact that they do not seem to care about their errors speaks volumes. We have been patrons numerous times in the past, but will avoid this place in the future.

The food is decent, but the service is horrible. After they take your order and $ right away, nobody follows up to give you the food. I have to go ask and my food is waiting on the side. Please train your staff or add more front-line workers to manage the orders. No other places are like this. I personally won’t be going back until they get their act together. There are other options.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered food to be brought to my job at 2:30, at 4:30 checked in on why my food still didn’t arrive and they said it was delayed at 4:50 I told them I was already leaving work and no longer wanted it. They told me they left my food in the garage. I specifically asked to come to the correct floor and call me when they arrive. They did not and refuse to refund my money.

Great food except for the pizza, very small slices for too much money. In addition, I went and they forgot half of our order and we had to go back! Overall staff is nice and efficient would recommend for sure!
