Brand NEW Long John✨️Silver. Thanks to Balfour Construction. Looks great ! Really like the new design to the restaurant location. Definitely welcoming ☺️ ! I was out in about cruising Telegraph. Driving northbound. My stomach started growling right ✅️ before Long John Silver. Lol #Hungry! I pulled into the parking lot. I decided to use the drive thru . I ordered a #5 fish combo , #6 chicken combo with 2 sides and a hush puppy with both meals. Let tell you this place was busy. Inside and out!!! Great service, good food and nice people. Others are right – there’s a good chance you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes for food. There’s also a good chance you’ll get the wrong thing or missing food. It does get busy but I don’t understand how so many orders could be messed up (several people kept having to get their order fixed after getting their food, just while I was there). It is really good however once you get it. The chicken and fish can be easily confused but they both taste the same to me

Kinda pricy for what it is. No ketchup out for customers… you have to ask. There are 3 tubs on the counter by the drink dispenser. 2 AR tartar sauce and the middle one is cocktail sauce not ketchup.

I ordered my food through the drive thru. Did not take long for them to take the order. It did take some time to receive my meals, but I can honestly say the food was hot and fresh it was worth the wait. I really enjoyed my meal.

I am giving 3 stars because the young staff were so accommodating and personable (you dont see that a lot from our young people, unfortunately). The food was average… a little greasy & the fries were not hot, but it wasn’t bad (the meat was freshly cooked, unlike the fries). I chalk this up to ordering 20 minutes before closing.

Came through the drive thru 4/6/23 around 7:30pm.. the employees were so extremely rude. the order taker was rude and very impatient.. once at the window No hello, or no thank you whatsoever. She handled me my bag a food then slammed the window shut.. I still had two drinks I didn’t get. We sat there for a bit until they opened the window back up and the girl said ” we gave you your food you can go now”. With such an attitude! I simply said that we were still waiting on our 2 pops. And she rolled her eyes and started laughing at us with the other employees.. once we got our drinks I said thank you have a good night. And she laughed at me and said “yep I will” then slammed the window.. like seriously long john silvers?? I wasn’t even a difficult customer or anything so to receive that kind of service was very upsetting.. not to mention our drinks were only half full, I didn’t get any sauce packets or silverware that I asked twice for. The fish was very chewy almost like they didn’t keep it in the fryer long enough.. I was excited to finally come here and try it for the first time since they reopened. But I won’t be coming back. Especially with that kind of customer service smh.

Reasonable wait time. 1 chicken plank was folded in half and not done enough for me. Asked for extra tartar sauce the girl says she already put tons in there. When I got home I had 3 packets 1 for each meal. I normally wouldn’t care but I felt like she lied to avoid 2 seconds of work.
