As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Outside of the restaurant was clean. Staff was fast and courteous. When I asked for extra tops for the drinks they didn’t argue with me and just gave me some tops so that I could easily carry the drinks on my motorcycle.

I don’t eat fast food much but over the last 6 months I’ve gotten a few free coupons for Rally’s so I’ve come here a few times. As someone who is heavily critical of most fast food, I can’t say I’ve had one bad or even average item. Big Buford, Chicken Tenders, Fish Sandwich, Fries and Funnel Cake Fries all are the best I’ve eaten in their respective category in regards to national fast food. Seems like most of the bad reviews are from people who come at off hours. I’ve only gone around dinner time and never had an issue. Highly recommend if you like fast food

The food is always hot and fresh. The walk in area is clean. The workers are REAL people. Authentic and hard working. They were short handed and I could tell they were trying their best to get the orders out as fast as they could without compromising the quality.

After 30 minutes of ordering we got our food. We watched atleast 15 people go through the line and get their food and leave within our time of sitting there. We could see them the whole time from our car in the front, and they didn’t even put the tenders on till atleast after 15 almost 20 minutes. And still forgot my drink. Should get a refund for 21.16 lol

Just as most fast food restaurants anymore this place can’t get a simple order correct let alone make sure you have condiments and napkins. I don’t recommend wasting your money here for horrible service. Not to mention the drive thru is an automated response A.I.

This place will be just like BK within the next few years. Closed down. Employees here literally refuse to do orders. Constantly say “‘machines are all down we ain’t taking orders” is the exact thing I’ve heard. They’re all too busy smoking and getting high. I prefer their food over McDonald’s , but the guy who does drive through clearly could care less about the store making money. Sad.

At the drive thru, we WATCH the girl at the window rub her hand inside of our drink cups and then fill it with coke. We waited until we got the food and ask her to please remake the drinks, her attitude told it all.
