We were charged an extra drink and when we asked to have it taken off the response was “Well I already charged the card. It’s only a dollar so..”. Yes, it may have just been a dollar but that’s not the response you give to customers. It may only be a dollar to you but others don’t think that way. I’m usually very understanding and dont complain but this one thing was just the thing to get me to write a review. I normally don’t write reviews like this. Disappointed I had to.

Yesterday I went to this location at 1:40 pm I had order the number 1 the taco supreme with a large sweet tea an a order of cinnamon twist. And they are under construction remodeling the inside. I ate my food and I went back to work.. when I got off work at 5pm I was ok but then around 7pm I started throwing up body aches I didn’t even eat dinner on what my husband I fix because I am sick. I was fine yesterday morning when I went to work and sick yesterday afternoon. My husband had to go get me a sprite just for me to try and drink it before I could actually go to bed. I have been throwing up all afternoon. I paid 10.16 for my order and what did I get out of it food poisoning. I will not be going back to Taco Bell at all.

So a few weeks ago I went to this particular local taco bell. I ordered 2 Flatbread sandwiches, which I love. Drive all the way home, open them up. And to my surprise, they were made with Gordita bread!! I was highly dissatisfied with the taste I couldn’t even eat it. I called the store, and to my surprise it was done on purpose, because they ran out of flatbread. I told them they should tell people that before they order it, because if I knew that, I would have got something different. So a week and a half later I went to the same taco bell, ordered the same exact thing, and once again got the exact same sandwich on Gordita bread! This has made me so irritated to that particular store, since I live over 30m away!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!

Best service ever. “No, you can’t customize your taco by spending an overly generous amount of extra money on 2 easy add-ons that are easily rung up by the computer. You’re not allowed to do that!” Apparently taco bell hates up-sales so much they’ll take no-sale instead.
