This is seriously the best Cicis I’ve Ever been too!! The whole restaurant is so clean and spacious. Plus all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m very impressed with our experience. Came to CiCi’s for lunch and it was great like always. The cashier had a great personality, and was helpful. The pizza was hot and fresh with a good variety of flavors. Let my kid go to the game area and he loved it. The place is clean no trash on the floor and the staff is great about cleaning the tables and floors. Had a great experience and will come back.

It has been 6 months since our last visit to this location. The last time was the same experience we had today ♂️Came in around 6pm with the family. Hardly any pizza at the buffet. (Not a slice of pepperoni and cheese or pepperoni and jalapeños) And if there was it was sitting there for a while. There was pizza that nobody likes.The salad bar didn’t have fresh anything. No ranch dressing in the 4 bottles that were there. No pasta sauce for the noodles. The guy putting out the pizzas wasn’t wearing any gloves and was moving pizzas with his bare hands. You failed me again Cicis in Calallen. We will try again in another 6months. Taking my pizza money to Mod Pizza

Nothing on the buffet and only 20 people in the restaurant. The night manager was on her cellphone while telling people to wait 5 minutes for more pizza. Buffet was dirty and messy, past was empty as well. Pile of boxes on a table in the corner. Really disappointing management.
