I’ve been here before having excellent results, in which a lady and gentleman went above and beyond for high customer expectations, this was not that time. A total 360, bought $3.29 bacon topped avocado toast, no slices like typical, little pieces of over cooked, hardly any bacon. Second time, same thing but not over cooked. Over baked carrot cake muffin, literally looks like someone pushed a finger in it while it cooled from the oven.

Today 1/28/2023 was the first time we have been to the 2 rush Schenectady ny location and when my daughter and granddaughter got their order there was a huge bit taken out of her bacon egg and cheese bagel. I would give them zero stars if I could. What type of people does this dunkin have working there.

We arrived 20 minutes before closing time to be greated by a warm welcoming smile. Bella went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service with a smile. She was extremely helpful And very accommodating to a custom beverage that came out amazing by the way, A smile goes a long way and I just wanted to let her know that you’re the reason we’ll be back.

Today like some days I went to this specific Dunkin Donuts and got faced with rude insensitive associates. I had realized after ordering the food I forgot my wallet and had called my husband to send me a picture of one of my credit cards. When I got to the window I had explained to the associate I had forgot my wallet is there a way you can type the card manually.. she said no and called another associate over who tried to find a way and said no I can’t do it. So I stared at them blankly and asked if there was a manager available who I can leave my info and come back to pay later ($7 and some change) cause I really need this food rn due to being pregnant and didn’t want to faint at work. She was kind enough to give me the meal and said don’t worry about it. As I’m leaving the first associate makes a comment saying must be nice in a rude voice. That really hurt my feelings, there is no need to being nasty we are all humans and make mistakes. I’ll be going back to pay that $7 and some change. There is no humanity left in this world, just pettiness.

Now that I ask for extra chocolate in my hot chocolate it comes out well. If you don’t ask for extra chocolate you end up with a cup of steamed milk. I don’t get coffee because I don’t like it. I have a very particular taste when it comes to coffee. I do like coming here for the breakfast sandwiches and the baked goods. I also love the caramel macchiato.

By far the worst Dunkin’ in the area. If you want to wait absurdly long times and still have low quality and missing food/drinks, this location is perfect for you. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple of minutes up the road to the Glenville location.
