Whoever makes the food needs to put more care and effort. When ever I get a sandwich it’s usually something no egg, no butter, one piece of bacon or 1 slices cut in half with half a piece of cheese on two different sides of bagel with no butter. The best time to go get coffee is in the morning very cheerful girls who make your experience great here. Sandwiches just need to be made better and right. Drive thru Dunkin…we all know the food isn’t top tier but its consistent 4 stars, and the coffee is ok…its not a $6+ coffee shop…there is no “atmosphere” when you’re sitting in your car! So 3 stars, but I always get great service here.

This DD is constantly busy just like all the rest of them in the morning time. Drive-thru is always backed up with cars to the street, no matter what morning you go. Other times of the day are fine. Even with the line, the staff does a great job of getting you in and out and on with your day. The line might be long but it moves quickly. I have had a few rude staff here, but mostly only when I come in the afternoon or evening’s, never in the morning. You say thanks and they don’t even answer, just give you your change/ debit card and shut the window. Hence the 4 star review. Other than that this location is pretty decent and convenient .

Ask to make a latte they fill the cup half way and it’s warm. So I go back to get a refund 2 minutes later. Provided receipt and time. They won’t give a refund. I ask for manager or shift leader and they say there isn’t one. This location has messed up my order so many times in the past that I’m done trying. Rather brew coffee at home.

I love my Dunkin’ coffee, if it’s made the way I like it! Any time I go, I am explicit in how I want it made. I never get it made that way and it doesn’t matter which location I go to. The same thing with my bagel. I dont want my bagel raw, I want it toasted!

An above average Dunkin! Very clean and tidy inside. Staff were friendly and helpful, made you feel like a person instead of just an order. This Dunkin also doesn’t upcharge for non-dairy milk, which is great for lactose intolerant folks like me! Even more, unlike most Dunkins, this one has no munchkin minimum. If you want just one, you can get just one! Amazing!

I’m always late for work and they learned my order so fast that by the fourth day of going everyday in a row they had my food and coffee ready before I even drove up to pay. I love going here in the morning because their morning shift staff are extremely friendly and always leave my smiling as I drive away!
