They cancelled the Western Bacon Cheeseburger so I am going to boycott this restaurant until they start selling it again. A staple for Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s nationwide and the remove it from the menu. Shame. Join me in the boycott. This is a great restaurant, don’t get me wrong and the staff are amazing. Welcoming. Professional. This boycott is for corporate greed and sloth. Only reason to remove the Bacon Western Cheeseburger is corporate greed. Never going here again until they bring it back.

This is the original location of the Sandee’s restaurant that would become Hardee’s. When you want a two-handed burger this is where you go. They have various promotions but you can always count on a 1/3 lb or 1/2 burgers to fill you up. The hand made shakes are good. The only thing on the menu that’s less than desirable is the chicken tenders. Avoid these at all cost. They were mostly breading and over cooked.

I placed my order online. I struggled with the part where they sent you a link via text to let them know you’re close, for them to begin preparing my food. The link came in 2 text messages, split in half. Therefore I couldn’t just click on it, I had to copy and paste both halves. However, my food was ready to go when I got there. Curly fries were old, but I got the monster burger which was more than enough itself.

I live nearby and sometimes work late into the evening. Tonight I had 20 minutes until they close at 10pm, the drive through looks shut down and the doors are locked when I try to go in. Why advertise that you’re open until 10 if you’re not going to actually stay open? Maybe you should close at 5 and just go home then…Hell, why even go to work at all, right?
