If I could give -5 stars I would. KFC is fast food fried chicken and after the fried chicken head in the family basket went around on the internet, my expectations werent very high. Only takes online orders (but doesn’t display that). Guessing they don’t pay well enough to get enough workers to be able to actually operate normally. That’s what tends to be the case anywhere that only does limited orders. This kfc has always sucked, but at least you used to be able to use the drive thru.

Terrible service & food, then I called several times to speak with a manager and it just rings & rings. None of our food was fresh, tasted horrible. Mashed potatoes were all over inside of the bag, which I told drive thur girl, all she did was yell she said there’s mashed potatoes everywhere in her bag. When I was ordering, after getting what the kids wanted I said just a minute please I’m deciding what I want and drive thur girl rudely yelled, she said just a minute to me. We were very disappointed this evening. Wasted about $40.00

Holy worst KFC I have ever been to. Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Missing 2 of 8 biscuits, Mac and cheese stone cold, and service was just as cold. Definitely will not be coming near this store again until there are either major changes or it gets turned into something else. What a waste of $42.

On March 16th, 2023 a coworker and I placed an online order for a 7pm pick up time, upon arriving at the store, we were told that not only are they out of chicken, but they are closing early. Because this was an online order, our debit cards were charged, the manager claims that they don’t do refunds at the store and to look online to request one. After countless phone calls, not only have we not gotten a refund, but it seems the company’s customer service is just ignoring us. I’m struggling to understand why the manager wouldn’t just cancel incoming orders on his end, or do anything to help us make this right. By far the worst customer service you could possibly recievd. Basically our money was stolen. Total money wasted is about $50.

Getting really tired of going to the KFC in fond du lac WI and being told that they can’t do this can’t do that. Being told only cash or only card it is never the same twice. Use to go all the time, now my visits are getting further and further apart. Pretty soon won’t even stop by.

Worst fast food place I think I’ve ever been to. And it’s consistently bad at that. Only ate at this particular KFC 3 times now and it’s always years apart. Terrible every single time. I’d just close so you don’t hurt the KFC name anymore than you already have.

Worst managed fast food stop I’ve had. I work on the road and am currently in Fond du Lac. I try to stop here every so often and there is always something wrong. They don’t have change, they are closed at mid afternoon because they don’t have staff, they are out of sandwiches or other menu items, and the list goes on. I keep trying to stop, and always end up somewhere else because something is mismanaged. Whoever is in charge needs to be humble, realize they are not cut out for it, and step aside for somebody else to take it on. No other restaurant in the area has any of these issues like this. ♂️
