Tee and Tiara are they ONLY reason why I come to this location. Their customer service, pizza making skills, and welcoming personalities are top notch. These ladies deserve a bonus!! If they leave, I probably wouldn’t eat at this Domino’s. (Note, this place is only 5 minutes away from me.)

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The automated system called and let me know the driver had left the store, which is 10 minutes, if that, down the road. After 30 minutes, I call the customer service number because the tracker said delivered. The rep reassured me that the pizza was en route and the tracker must had a system error. 15 minutes later, I call because I still have no pizza. I go outside to get something and my two pizzas are sitting at the front door. There was no knock or ringing of the doorbell!! This was rude and classless!!! I check my camera and sure enough, the driver (grey jeep) did not knock or ring the door bell and my pizza had been sitting there an hour. Def a waste of money!

My last time ordering at this location.. I have been coming to this location on my lunch often because it’s close to work. The lady (stud) behind the counter has always been kinda rude. She never speaks or acknowledges you. She will leave you standing there looking crazy. Every single time I have come there she’s on her phone. I think it’s very unprofessional and rude. Today was the last straw because as I stood and waited 15 minutes and I had actually called in my order by the way 15 minutes prior. I watched this lady hand make these people pizza with no gloves!! I was so disgusted I didn’t even wait for my pizza I walked right out. She’s going back and forth making pizzas and in between still picking up and touching her phone and sprinkling cheese on pizza I couldn’t even believe it smh disgusting

The server didn’t delivery my pizza on time to the car. They said they didn’t say me but I was in front of the store. I had to call and then go inside to pick up my order. They had an attitude and said I needed to call corporate about my free pizza on my next order. I waited outside for six minutes between the time I pulled up and getting through on the phone.

I try to give a place a chance for myself even though I read reviews. However, Dominos please Please do better! I’m sure corporate office will provide the needed training to service the customers better. This is only to make your company excel well as a whole.
