We first came here for their limited Valentines menu and enjoyed our time. Sadly, it could have been just the day we visited the second time, but we came here for dinner around 7pm which they seemed not that busy. They were out of several dinner dishes and our waitress seemed rather frazzled and rushed. The meatball appetizer was delicious and the best meal for us. My partner found his chicken parm mediocre and my ravioli was pretty good. I would order something differently next time if we return.

First time here exceeded expectations ! Rick is a fantastic waiter! Thank you! Food was exceptional ! Linda made a fantastic Italian mule my first one and I will have again ! There were 12 of us having dinner and everyone’s food was wonderful. The antipasti which comes with pasta and entrees absolutely delicious as was the hot bread and toppings for the bread. Thanks to everyone who makes this an exceptional place to dine.

Went for Easter brunch. I really wanted to love it but food was cold, old, poor quality, and not replaced with fresh hot selections. Carving area meats were cold and seemed to be sitting around for awhile. Plates and buffet area was dirty. Dessert table was a mess and they seemed stale. Service was not great either. Perhaps it’s better when you sit down and order directly from the menu.

We made a reservation for mother’s day, and the experience at Rizotto was very disappointing. We had to keep asking for things we didn’t receive (bread, drinks, meatballs). And then it took an hour and a half to get our entrees. The waitress kept using the excuse that they were busy and had 400+ reservations that day. I understand that, and we were patient, but honestly it is not my problem that the restaurant overbooked itself. We don’t go out often, and we chose this place to have a nice meal for a special day. My mom’s food was burnt, and she didn’t tell the waitress because she feared it would take another hour to get a new dish. My dad asked how many meatballs come with the bucatini and the waitress said “I have no idea!” OK?? So he ordered extra meatballs which he didn’t receive, and then had to wait 20 minutes to get them. Any questions we asked the waitress answered in a very short, rude, and exasperated manner. My “lobster” ravioli had the tiniest pieces of lobster that had me questioning if this was even the correct meal. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would not come here again.

First time there in 5 years. Came for Mothers day had to wait 15 mins for our reservation. Overbooked, undermanned and understaffed. Our waitress who was doubling as the bartender for the entire restaurant. Had been working there since 530 am, 13+ hour shift? Food was mediocre at best and obviously kitchen was overburdened as it took 1.5hrs plus to to get a salad. Only kids options were noodles and nuggets.

Took a very long time to receive entrees after soup/salad. Seemed like the hold up may have been in the kitchen. Server was very pleasant. Draft beer wasn’t that cold. Meatballs tasted like a frozen meatball you would purchase by bulk from a food supplier.

The staff should let you know when you are making reservations that it is a limited menu and let me decide if I wanted to continue

We were fortunate enough to experience the last night of restaurant week at Rizottos. Mike sat our Party of 5 around 7pm on a Sunday night. Plenty of options off Restaurant week Specials Menu. I just was hoping for a Vegatarian option and didn’t see any. With that being said, they have an enormous sized appetizer/salad list to start off our dinner then dessert. We were able to choose 1 smaller pizza, or 3 items from course 1 list. Let me just say our Server “Derek” was Phenomenal.. Derek was beyond Professional, Fun and attentive to all our questions/concerns on Menu. Course 2, were the Main dinner options, Chicken Milanese, Pork with Polenta & asparagus, Ribeye, and so much more.. Derek kept appearing at our table to make sure we were drooling and enjoying our every bite. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced service this Good. Derek should be training every server in WNY. His bubbly personality kept us smiling as we waited a bit for our Main course. If they were out of an item, Derek let us know. He kept the bread coming if needed too. In all fairness it was their last night serving the Restaurant week Menu. Everyone of my family members was enjoying their food and with dessert (Course 3) we received a complimentary shot of Limoncello, Derek offered my teenage son a shot of lemonade. Derek gave us $10.oo off 2 dinner coupons. My parents already went back. Such a Great Experience, huge restaurant, bar and banquet facility. With sensitive eyes, the lighting was just right, not bright in your eyes and easy to read Menus. When there’s a chill in the air, the fire places are on.. If you need to drop anyone off at front door, pull up your car under shelter area. Oh and I recommend a Reservation~
