Pizza is pretty good (not as good as it used to be), but the reason for the three stars is the ordering system. Online orders always fail and calls are now rerouted to India where they don’t know anything and take 5-10 minutes to process an order (plus that route has also failed twice for me now).

Ordered delivery paid cash was told cannot get a refund on cash. Company policy. The pizza is fine. However the salad had bad vegetables on it green peppers were mush!! I was told that salads were made fresh daily. I want to know if that were true how they picked up the green peppers with a spoon ? I asked who cooperate was as in a lot of places are owned by individual owners. He basically laughed at me and hung up on me.I was told I was speaking to the manager! Great management skills ! I didn’t want credit nor did I want my salad to be remade! Lost my stomach with the first salad. I’m re- thinking the vegetables on my pizza now! There are way too many pizza places to bother with this one very small pizza store. Lied to and treated extremely rude! I would recommend finding another Hungry Howies not the one on 14 mile Rd in Clawson that’s for sure! Just in case you are wondering this was today Sunday Jan 29 2023 at approximately 6 pm

This pizza blew my mind!!!!! Was expecting your average chain pizza, but as you can see, we couldn’t keep our hands off of it 😉 Quick delivery, polite driver, and overall wonderful customer service~ Note: this location is noticeably better taste-wise than the other Howie’s nearby…..Also note: their delivery zone is much larger than other Howie’s nearby!!! Will continue giving the Clawson store my service despite that I live in Royal Oak!!

Horrible! Order was wrong. Worst Hungry Howies I’ve ever had. Howie Bread not seasoned correctly. One slice of pizza had hair on it. Thought it was just a mistake. Second slice had hair in it – threw it away. Disgusting. I will stick with th location that I usually order from. Will never order again from this location.

I typically enjoy Howies, but my last few orders haven’t been good. Bread wasn’t cooked properly, my crust was incorrect and the za wasn’t good. It’s happened a couple times and also the 6.99 each deal online didn’t take and paid like 28 bucks including delivery. Pretty disappointed overall

The gentlemen working here late at night were still smiling at 10pm with orders backed up and a missing delivery driver. They can’t control the online orders. I pick up whenever possible to assist with the demand for pizza orders. Pizza is good. Service is upbeat

The pizza is good but delivery times are INCREDIBLY long and misquoted. I placed an order in the app, it said 45 minute wait for delivery, and it arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes later. This has happened multiple times. Disappointing when you’re hungry and hoping for a quick meal.
