Tried to order a hot and ready nothing ready tried to order one of there the best pepperonis and add olives expected to pay for extra topping was told they cant do that i have to order a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni then add olives usually have good luck there oh well a moron cost them all my future buisness

Made this my second time going to this Little Ceasers. First time I went, had to wait 20 minutes for our food while people behind me came in and out with no wait. This time, going in, I made an order of 2 Pizzas 1Pep 1Chz and breadsticks. Was told I had to wait 10 minutes for the pizzas (once again…). Then, I noticed that the employees had 3 pizzas ready to go, but they were unable to keep their fingers out of the food, so not only were they making us wait because they were eating the food they were supposed to be serving, but they were also throwing their half bitten pizza slices on the same spot as the customer food. Wife went in for order of hot wings and they shorted us on hot wing count as well. Very unprofessional, questionable how sanitary this place is as well.

I normally come one time a week for a “hot and ready pepperoni”. Today nothing was made, we had to wait. I sent my husband in as I sat in the car. I watched a woman take his order, money and tell him she will call him when it is ready. We drove to loaf n jug and back and continued to wait. I watched 6 customers enter for hot and ready pizza and all had to wait. My husband went in to check on the order and the woman didnt recognize him from 10 min before and tried to make him pay again! I saw a pizza come out and instead of “calling my husband” they gave it to a guy who came in after us. I called from the car and spoke to the woman. I told her she said she would call but she gave the pizza to someone else. She put her hand over the phone and asked what kind of pizza did they give out and they said pepperoni and she said “sorry ma’am it was a sausage pizza”. She said she was the manager but has no integrity at all. I could see her make faces as she was talking to me on the phone and I told her so. I have only picked up pizza at night, mant ppl working, playing more than working. Very unproffesional.
