So after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for my order (2 spicy chicken sandwiches) they kept telling us hold on please the chicken is still “cooking”. We finally get them , and go home just to sit down and eat and when I took that first bite that chicken was not cooked the texture was hard rubber and still looked uncooked. I called we had to go back up there with the sandwiches so she could show the “cook” whatever. We wait another 25 mins to get out sandwiches and ONLY sandwiches. She didn’t bother to throw anything else in there for the inconvenience not not fried or nothing. By the time we came back home obviously my fries were cold and rock hard. At this point I wish I would have just got my money back but that didn’t seem like an option and #2 with all that waiting I lost my appetite. So disappointed

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Always messing up orders especially the chicken nuggets (they always give me spicy nuggets instead of regular for my toddler’s) even when I specifically ask them to make sure they don’t give me spicy nuggets. When you call they hang up on you or don’t answer. ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED IN THE EVENINGS TIL CLOSE. I am literally here now, had to come back because my nuggets were given to me spicy again. Calling corporate tomorrow!!!

I like these place it’s never busy they work very fast to get your order on time and try to get everything done right, except one time they forgot to put my nuggets instead they put Doble fries other than that I like coming here to buy food for my kids I usually buy kids meals or the 4/$4 for my little one’s, it’s cheap too compared to other fast foods like burger King the Doble meat with bacon it’s definitely a 10* at Wendy’s and for half of the price I pay $7 here while at burger King I pay $12+ these prices are just for the burgers only not combo so on prices it’s way cheaper here and definitely very affordable to me. The two last photos are from burger King the bun is a little bigger but the meat it’s juicer at Wendy’s not to mention that there’s hardly any bacon on my burger King burger I couldn’t see it I had to dig in there to find the tiny little piece of bacon while at the Wendy’s there’s 3 big pieces of bacon. Lot’s of different.

My experience was awful .. as soon I walk in I notice the gentlemen (Jose) didn’t want to take the order it’s a pretty hot day have kids with me wanted some chocolate frosty’s He answered back it was not working too me it seem he was lying I question him back saying if it was not ready yet or something? He still cleared it was not working .. the person after me seem he order a frosty and apparently it work .. they served him one . I went up and question him I thought you said it was not working? Then he tried to upside down the story I ask for his supervisor worst decision ever she was not helpful at all seems she gave more the ups to (Jose) than what customer service should be she started talking back in an attitude she says she was trying to be helpful not in my opinion she expressed her self too much to the point she didn’t let me speak and rise her voice and said don’t worry about him meaning Jose is not that I worry is that why he lied and serve others was this discrimination? Or don’t understand why lie about something so simple ..

Went through the drive thru, male taking orders is always nice and respectful if you ask him a question he WILL find the answer but unfortunately the employees in the front window screw it up for him. I order there often and today I order regular nuggets! Tell me why I got one original stacked on top of the spicy, pretty lazy if you ask me.
