I’ve tried most of the burritos in Vallejo and this is in my opinion the best carne asada super burrito in town. All the ingredients work in perfect synergy with each other, but the carne asada itself is what makes the burrito. Flavorful, perfectly grilled, juicy. Also there’s a really nice sitting area by the food truck. The size of the burritos is very generous. Lightning fast too. My favorite taco truck around.

Under new ownership. The salsa is way more spicier. I ordered a bean and cheese with sour cream THATS IT. And they put some sort of meat in it. It’s happened a few times. Check your order before you leave.

Great truck! Don’t bother with the tripe but the beef and tongue are amazing. The flavors are great and the tacos are traditional (corn tortilla, meat, cilantro, light sauce). The horchata goes fast so get there early for lunch. They have ample parking, but there is only one covered picnic table.
