These people always forget to put something in our order. If we order biscuits with gravy and tatertots, they will forget the tots. I normally buy a double cheeseburger without onions. What I get is two hamburger patties, cheese, and pickles. What happened to the lettuce and tomato like their picture on the board advertises. This really aggrevates me. Otherwise it would be one of my favorite fast food places

I got a honestly breaded chicken sandwich in a meal. The chicken was old and stringy on the outside. The fries were hot but most of them were less than an inch long. Like it was the last pieces in a bag. Not the easiest to eat. I was disappointed, especially since it was almost $13 bucks.

I used to come here pretty often but usually through the drive thru. I came on my lunch break from work and this time we went inside. The prep table was DISGUSTING! Full of sauce and excess stuff from other orders, and they were preparing food on the table with no paper, straight on the metal table… Then I got my sandwich, it was so overflowing with sauce it was dripping. The chicken was rubber… just an overall terrible experience.
