This buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely disgusting. It was all sauce, grease and weird tasting chicken. The chicken tasted so spongey like it came out if a freezer and microwaved??? It was so wet and sloppy. We could barely take a few bites . I called up the location, the employee Zach said they also hated that pizza too. He said best they could do is give us 5$ and he didn’t even do that for us. We tossed the whole thing in the trash 19$ WASTED AND we we had to find something else to eat as we were still so hungry. I don’t want 5$ I want a REFUND!

On 2/20/2023 my mom and I called to see if there was a fat free or low fat pizza option for my 5 year old who just had open heart surgery. He is on a 10g of fat per day diet because of his surgery complications which required him to end up with two chest tubes. We were told that they had a fat free cheese option, their Marinara sauce was fat free and their pizza crust was fat free because it was made from soybean flour. We were excited that my son could finally have a normal food option. However the next day on 2/21/2023 we discovered that papa murphys had lied to us. We couldn’t find any nutrition info on the cheese pizza. When we called again today on 2/21/2023, we spoke to a lady who told us they don’t have a fat free cheese, their Marinara sauce is fat free and the crust was low in fat. After doing some more digging on their website. We learned that none of the employees have any clue what they are talking about. Extremely disappointed and now having to take my son to get chest x-rays because we were told the cheese was fat free, the sauce was fat free and that their crust was fat free and then told by someone else their crust was 1.7g of fat. Which would have been fine had we not been lied to. You guys just lost a customer of 6 years. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to care and I will be spreading this around. Employees should be way more educated. These employees knowing their information is extremely important and in some cases, like my son going over that limit can be life threatening.

I love their thin crust with the white sause and any toppings. All toppings are very fresh and cut to the perfect size. You also can have a salad that is made fresh daily and they are huge and only 5 bucks. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to make your pizza the way YOU want. The shop is very clean also. 10 * in my book.

Been coming here for years. Never had an issue until today. It’s really not even that big of a deal but a weird experience so I’m sharing. Cashier asked me if I was military. I said yes, showed him my ID, he gave me a discount. Someone working in the back came up and whispered something along the lines of “they don’t get a discount”. Took my discount back. Not like I need a discount and I definitely didn’t ask for it. They managed to make it awkward as hell in my opinion, so I think it’ll be awhile before I come back. Don’t worry, I’m not a jerk, I even added a tip. I didn’t take it back once I gave it to them either.
