Food is good but they don’t have any AC in the building so it’s entirely way too hot for this summer sun. Another thing that rubbed me wrong is that the cashier was fumbling on the keypad because he couldn’t stop ogling my friend. I get it she was looking hotter than the temps in your insufferable lobby, but get your looks in AFTER we finish the transaction dude.

Ordered online and my pick up time was 6:30pm. I walk in and there are three employees and two guest. Only 2 orders on the Rapid Rescue rack, neither one is my order. The three guys (employees) were just back behind the counter talking, after a few mins he ask what I was here for. I told him I was here to pick up a online order for 6:30pm he said okay it will be another 10min then continued his conversation with his co-workers. The guy was extremely rude! All that money and all that time for this? Smh

One employee berated customer ahead of me. Then just went into the back and disappeared. Manager never came out (per that customer’s request) as she was apparently too busy being “on the phone”. Poor teens working there making the sandwiches and running register looked miserable. My teenage son described it as a “fever dream” and a “hell-scape”. I would recommend going to the one on Eastern near the airport and staying away from this location.

Always provide great food and service. I went in today and they had been bombarded with online orders and delivery orders. They gave me a heads up on the wait and I ordered anyways. Food came out much faster than expected and was delicious. On top of the service the staff maintained a very friendly and kind attitude despite the increased workload and thanked everyone. Great experience!
