The Mediterranean chicken flatbread sandwich is very good. My sister said the hummus, combined with cucumbers and peppers was very tasty. I love the ambience of potbelly it’s very inviting. The restaurant was very clean and the staff for friendly everything in our order was cooked correctly.

First & last timer @ Potbelly’s. At best, I’d rate both food and service as mediocre. I rated the food a little less because our sandwiches were absolutely tasteless. I ordered a Tuna Salad w/ Swiss (added lettuce, tomato and onion). My partner ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich. We agreed couldn’t be any more bland. We both ordered soup, nothing spectacular, premade soup from a bag.

Worst establishment to order food from. They talk to you rudely, they never make a meal correct, and if you call them about it… well you’ll be left on the phone being laughed at and made fun. Hailey who claims to be s manager(if even her real name) should still be in kindergarten and not working a job. Clearly these people don’t care about your food their jobs, or this company. Save your time, money, and headache and go somewhere else.. you’ll thank all of us who have left negative reviews because we ain’t lying. Toys place needs to be shut down already. Allow another food joint to move in that actually cares about their costumers.

Do not eat here. This place had to shut down in the summer of 2021 because it failed health inspections. There was mold growing all over the kitchen. My friend, Richard, worked there so that’s how I know. I just want to look out for you so you don’t get food poisoning.

Worst customer service at this location. I’ve had a series of bad experiences here lately and won’t go back, so I just wanted to share to help others deciding a place to eat locally- please save your money! Consistently getting orders wrong and since I’m going through the drive through it’s too late to correct once I realize it later… and a disgusting amount of mayo has been added to so many of the sandwiches… why??! So gross. Also I tried to call the store about 10 times to report and fix this one, but no answer… awesome.

Had 2 sandwiches delivered and both of them seemed stale. The meat in one was dry and hard, and the bread was rock hard on the other. These had to be made really early in the day and just sat. First time getting something from Potbelly and won’t be going back again. 30 bucks is a little much for 2 stale sandwiches.

Horrible service! I used to go there frequently but the service is declining so bad I won’t be back. I ordered two sandwiches, two drinks, and a bag of chips in the drive thru. They screwed up both sandwiches by putting stuff on that i didn’t order and not putting the stuff i did order. They also gave me the wrong drinks. The only thing they managed to get right was the one bag of BBQ chips.

My last time going to this location. Absolutely worst Potbelly experience I’ve ever had. I got a big veggie in the drive through, took it home in my warm car, and 15 minutes later when I opened it at home, realized the bread was COLD to the touch. Likely refrigerator cold. The cheese was sliced and not melted. They never ran it through the toaster. I asked for no mushrooms, extra pickles, extra onions. Their were a TON of mushrooms, barely any onions or pickles, and NO avocado. Avocado is standard on the veggie and the printed sticker even said avocado but it was excluded from the sandwich. How can you mess up that many times on one sandwich? My wife called to complain to the manager and was met with someone who basically ridiculed the situation and couldn’t care less, tried to make excuses and say that we were lying.
