It’s been a long while since I had visited the establishment as things have changed a bit on appearances. Looks like it’s has new ownership. The Brisket was excellent as were the sides. Service was also on point as it looks to be a family run franchise. I will only critique the cleanliness as the place could use some new furniture and floors along with a deep cleaning. One other point was that it was a bit warm in the place to dine in but I do understand that it was one the hottest days of the year(4th of July 23) and the broiler is right behind the register pumping out heat. All in all, a decent experience although the prices have gone up by 30-40% in the past 7yrs which is to be expected under current climate.

If you want a good hearty nostalgic meal, for a good price , this is it. Not only can you tell the staff are hardworking, but the food tastes absolutely amazing!! I am obsessed with the mac n cheese and the blindside brownies are my guilty pleasure

Ordered from here twice. Never again. I did not receive my complete order. Items were missing, like Texas toast, and additional sauces I paid extra for. My medium coleslaw was 1/2 filled and looked like yesterday’s slaw. It was so gross looking I couldn’t eat it. I’m very disappointed with the restaurant as well as Uber for not offering to remedy the experience.
