I had a wonderful experience this past week! The manager and workers were so friendly and helpful! I had asked for a half/half stuffed pizza (I’m new to all this!) and they were so attentive and did a great job. We also loved their 2 for $10 specials and had a wonderful dinner. Avoid this location! The door says open until 8. Arrived at 6:30 and had it mumbled to me that they were closed, sometimes by 6 and other times closer to 7. The service worker was either high or on something: She refused to make eye contact and was unsteady on her feet. Location was filthy, very unsanitary. A bad experience bordering on the surreal.

Stopped into the store at 645pm on a Sunday. I walked in and was asked if I was there to pick up a pizza. I said I needed to order one. I was then informed they did not serve after 630pm. Google shows a closing time of 7pm. The store window shows a closing time of 8pm. NO WHERE is it advertised that they stop serving customers at 630pm (at least 30 minutes prior to advertised closing). Not to mention, one of the workers actually told me that I should have ordered by 630pm. Then had the gumption to ask “who walks in at closing time to order food?” EXTREMELY RUDE! NOT ADVERTISED HOURS! WILL NOT BE BACK!

We ordered 2 Gourmet Delite pizzas. When we started baking them, we noticed they were original crusts, not the thin Delite crusts. It seems minor, but the flavor of the pizza is so much better with the Delite crusts. We called and told them what we ordered and said the crusts weren’t correct. They offered us 15% off our next pizza order. We told them we just used a coupon for 25% off that anyone can get online, but still only offered us 15% off.

Went to grab some food on a Saturday night, it was 10 mins before close. The door was locked and the employee came to the door and said everything was already put away… While they are still supposed to be open.. there could have been 5 last minute customers, I know it doesn’t take long to make em because I’ve watched many times.

4 people on site. 3 of which are doing nothing. One took order and then begrudgingly had to fill order as well. Didn’t fill the order to specs she herself took. The store is less than clean. No adult supervision. A prime example of how bad this country has become. Will look for an alternative.

98% of the time they are spot on. One time we had an incorrect order where either they had a new person or they misread the order. We still go there. People make mistakes. Its quick and yummy.

We ordered two pizzas on the app and one had no cheese on it. So we called the store to see why and to possibly get a replacement. The kid that answered said that there were no managers that worked on the weekends and that they couldn’t do anything. We said that was unexceptionable, so he called his manager and said that the manager said it was our fault and that they would not do anything for us and then hung up on us. In a time that you should be taking care of your customers they are not. I hope the owner of this store knows the kind of employees he has working for him. We will no longer be getting pizzas from here and urge others to go somewhere else to get a pizza.
