Very dissapointed. Ordered chicken biryani, Which doesn’t look like one neither does it tastes like it. I think they just tossed the rice in the leftover chicken gravy and added some bits of chicken in them. No mint or cilantro I could smell or see forget about kevera water and saffron. Why would someone order for biryani?? Because it takes longer time to cook, requires certain ingredients. But I don’t think Annachikadai anyway cares about it. Had an Ok experience with their dosa last time. So, went for the biryani today but Never ever gonna go there again. This is what I got. Does anyone feel like this is a biryani?

One of my favorite restaurants in Folsom but when I visited this time, food is not great, poor customer service. We ordered the unlimited thali(veg and non veg) none of their dishes are tasty, they’re getting worse day by day.

I don’t understand how people still go there! There is only one person for both to take orders and to serve food, He is always rude no matter whenever we go, he is treating customers as though we are begging for food there, we are paying money for our food they are not giving us free food right! then they should treat customers with some respect! And I think only shameless people can eat there. The place was not welcoming, no air conditioning, zero hygiene, I never had food there so I cant comment about the food, we just left when that man spoke to us disrespectfully, we already went there once before, he did the same, I thought he might be exhausted but he did the same when we went for 2nd time as well. There are lot more restaurants who are more welcoming and serves good food! This restaurant and the man working there is a disgrace to the entire Indian community.

I liked this place before when I tried couple of times, but the quality of food has gone down way low recently. Ordered to-go for egg kothu parotta and cauliflower 65, tasted so badly and it was very salty as well. Hope they will improve the food quality sooner.

Arrived by 2:55pm on a saturday. Had a plus one and we were looking forward to eat here. The employer told us to leave and that dine in is closed. There sign was still open for business and at least 6 tables of people still dining in. Their website mentioned they close at 10pm. Everyone that were dining in speak the dialect and look like middle eastern people. Rude service and felt that they refuse our service because we are asian. Don’t eat here if you don’t look the part. Although take out was highly encouraged. But we are not interested.
