Disgusting!? What are fajitas to you all?! They are COOKED ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS! Why are these raw? To top it off the middle INEDIBLE part of the onion was in my burrito! So unsatisfied and disgusted with this place! Do your job correctly and make food the way you’re supposed to! If not go find a job somewhere else! The meat was cold too!

Food was good, as usual. I appreciate the young lady who served me. I wanted to try their new Al Pastor chicken, but they were out. Instead of simply trying to steer me towards the options that were available, she took the time to make more so I could try/have some. Having worked in customer service for a number of years, it makes an indelible impression on me/the customer when a busy employee takes the time to accommodate us.

Unbelievable! I know service and quality has decreased over the last couple years but there is a minimum expectation. Ordered a bowl and it was 1/3 filled! Not even half! How can this be ok? Complete fail Chipotle! Quality check your employees work.

Plain and simple the staff was rude. They combined our orders without asking if we even wanted that. My husband and I politely asked them to seperate our orders. Cashier responded as if we asked him to rewire the system and the girl who packaged our order appeared annoyed. They did split our orders eventually. I thanked them for their patience and meant it. I was met with an even more annoyed look from the girl at the register. I’m not saying chipotle is the ideal job but if you do any job with a bad attitude you’ll have a bad time. Don’t get into the service industry if you’re not willing to serve in someway.

Chris took care of me right away after brining out a fresh batch of brown rice(: I love his vibe and the ladies at the line of today were pretty cool as well. When I was heading out Chris the manager sent me “Have A Good Day” as it started raining – I heard someone say I like the rain and just a shout out I like the rain too. Thank you for being a great team and contributing brightness to my day – I’ve been traveling from Tennessee and this was a nice stop along the way

We ordered through DoorDash. Food arrived quickly, delivery driver was awesome. I ordered a quesadilla and I got a weird crumbled burrito with cheese and chicken? And they forgot 2 of my 3 sides that came with the order. Also, fajita veggies on the side of mine and on my partners meal were raw and the rice in his bowl was raw.

Most disappointing order ever. Disgusting and not even what I ordered. No cheese or salsa just dry flavorless chicken and lettuce. Cauliflower rice when I asked for actual rice. The employees were rude when I picked up the order. See picture for reference to the quality of food.

Coors Ladera location is the worst. I just watched the staff of 4 young sassy girls argue with a customer over. 14 cents. No people skills. Then made my bowl and burrito sloppy. Hardly put Anything on them. Nothing but Attitude at this location. No cheese?? No chips?? Just lazy. I’ll stick to the Paseo location. Yuk to this location.
