Was told the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes because the pot stickers were being made fresh. Showed up around then. In the end the food took 50 minutes. It happens, not a huge deal. Unfortunately most things were almost cold, surprisingly even the pot stickers. Their fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had, but the rest was just okay, and the pot stickers were actually awful. If it had been ready on time, probably still just a 3 star experience.

I walked in to order the cook in the back sneezing all over and not covering his mouth or sneeze in his arm. I walked right back out the door. The food was fire in the past it was a big turn off..The lady always have a attitude. Not good customer service

Didn’t get the chow mein noodles we ordered and we were shorted 1 egg roll. Ordered online at 4:00 pm for a 5:30pm pickup. Order wasn’t ready when I got there. Had to wait 10 minutes

I have been ordering from this establishment since 2016 and order the same way everytime. Never had a problem until This last time I ordered. When it was delivered, it wasn’t what I ordered. I thought there was a mistake and I received someone else’s order. I called to tell them this and they told me that they weren’t going to fix my order and wouldn’t charge me for the food I had received and then proceeded to tell me to never order from them again, EVER! Wow! That threw me for a loop. It’s such a shame that they are losing a faithful customer because they messed up my order. The food is great and the delivery service if very fast, that’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1.

For the quantity and quality, this place is King. We got the shrimp fried rice and there were so many shrimp AND it was the best. Plus the container was huge. Cashew chicken, big pieces of chicken, plenty of cashews and broccoli florets….happy tummy. We had it with the brown sauce which was the right choice!

I ordered my food at 5:18 PM. It is now 7 PM just about and nobody showed up at my door yet. It said they would be ready at 6:18 PM. It is ridiculous. I only ordered three things two of which are appetizers. I called to ask about a refund or something. The man rushed me off the phone and said I come now. It’s been over 10 minutes and still nothing. I live eight minutes away. Not happy at all. I called to speak with someone about a refund, the lady rushed me off the phone and told me very busy. Very busy on way. Not acceptable. I can guarantee that my food will be cold and that I have to reheat it never again will I order from here.

Friendly service, pretty quick, really nothing to complain about. If you’re not in the mood for a lovely sit down meal at Sze Chuan, this is a solid place to pick up a quality version of exactly what you expect from a common American Chinese restaurant. Portions are very generous and many dishes hover around $10, some less.

I Live in Mission,TX. Egg foo young is one of my favorite dishes I can’t get it out here the way I like it, my son was coming for a visit and placed a big order of the different flavors for me at Great Apple I also asked him to tell them that they give me the biggest patties & they did not disappoint me those patties are big. I had to have some chicken flavor shortly after he arrived, the taste was exactly as I remember and it took me back to when I lived in WI and ate a full meal there. It was incredible and I really enjoyed it.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I was a child and my mom has been ordering here for the last 20 years. After picking up our food and taking it home we noticed we were missing part of our order. When we called, their response? “Look around your house, look on your floor! Someone must have opened your bag and took it.” Is the food good? Yes. But they are rude and unwilling to take accountability. If you do go, I hope they get your order right!
